Oh its fine i wasn't far in the game yet anyways.
But i just came across this and wanted to tell you about it
i don't think she is supposed to be there... she was jumping up and down so i left and came back and i was able to talk to her after that
nice find, also a known bug but I appreciate the reporting of it
