I recommend you try restarting your browser. If your device has very low RAM, you can try closing other tabs / applications to free memory.
The game has checkpoints so it will resume on the last puzzle where you left off.

I'm not sure then as I haven't seen this issue before. You can try restarting your computer, using a different browser, or if all else fails using a different device.
