No for me, did you clean up/restart software/browser and try again? change the format of the cover image?

everything is fine now, maybe it was a few hours problem that was fixed without intervention

I had this same issue and also could not submit any screenshots that worked. Now the screenshots have fixed themselves, and I could reupload a profile picture as well. I think this was an issue just on itch.🎉
