Zed zed I’m glad you’re not dead. It’s been a few months since the last game and I was a bit worried you were gone, but I knew you were taking time to make something good. This game I will say is a pretty good start off to your come back after these past few months, so let’s dive into it. The gameplay was pretty fun for the most part. The task was simple in finding ingredients to put into a bowl and afterwards going down a path to grab some chains. The parasites were fucking creepy my guy and I was afraid of touching them. I laughed when I pressed the space button cause I DIDNT EVEN THINK that a GIANT ASS LASER was gonna shoot out of an amulet, but it was THE BEST way to get rid of those creepy looking bastards. 5 shots is pretty generous but once I got to the 4th chain is was needed, although the 5th chain was unlimited shots which is fair when I’m facing like 5 parasites in total.

Now for the story. We get new characters with such “amazing” designs which is just your style like usual. Our girl Angela Angler (that’s the last name I’m giving her) is helping our Monica Matte (I couldn’t think of a better last name) because she was requested from Red Post Pages which yay cause it’s a reference to many character’s jobs throughout the games. Apparently there’s this big fish, which I’m like wow, what an odd fish, but it looks cute honestly. But that fish can cause a large famine and disasters to the area.

So this got me thinking on a theory. I’m highly sure that the game is set in the same town like all the other games have, and I think that a long time ago the fish had awoken and caused terror to the town before Monica’s father stopped it. This would most likely explain why the town is in such a terrible shape, why all these people need to take random jobs. From the Vermanders and fish, they have caused this town to turn in a terrible state as it is. Though I guess that’s a stretch. But I’d like to to think that’s what it is.

There were a few errors that I saw in the game. Monica says the word “preform” but I’m sure it’s supposed to be “perform” she also mentions at the last run if you got the “fourth” chain, but it should be the “fifth” chain, and when she places all the chains in the barrel, it only shows 4 chains and not 5. It’s not too bad but it’s something that I noticed while playing for the first time.

At that end, I must say, it was a wonderful game, and I’m glad to see you’re back. The game isnt so bad on tough mode, but I did suffer a bit near the end for sure. Your games are creepy for sure, even if they seem like simple designs, you really know how to make it scary. Woods and tall creatures are something I wouldn’t want to see myself. I hope to see another one soon. Keep it up Zed, hope the money helps you out.

Apologies for my absence the last few months, hopefully that won't be happening again!

Also, thanks for letting me know about those dialog errors. It's pretty easy for me to miss those, unfortunately.
If I need to patch the game for whatever reason, I'll be sure to fix those while I'm at it!

Other than the odd error here and there, I'm glad that you enjoyed this one.
Thank you very much for the support, thank you for another thoroughly detailed review, and above all thanks for playing!  :)
Glad to see you're still around here as well.
