Hi, sorry for the fast demon! You should be able to get to the attic (room with all the boxes on the second floor) through the library. The demon is in the library as well, but the bookcases can block it so that you can get out through the left door. Then you get to a corridor, where the demon is slightly slower than in all the other rooms, with the door you're supposed to go through in the top left corner of the corridor (if I remember correctly).
