Second: if you mean your game's position in Most Recent, that depends on when your game page was published. It's not a boost, it's chronological. In other tabs, the ranking is more complicated. Also, games bob up and down all the time. So if your game is indexed with a delay, that will have an impact, but it will be indirect and temporary. Doubly so as other games are in the queue too, and will probably show up after yours.
