You have to go on cam 3, multiple times which means you have to switch back and forth between another cam and cam 3, until the poster on the wall changes to have Golden Freddy's face. Click on it, and she jumpscares you.
Yeah, that is an element to spook the player, but you can avoid her:
If she appears on your desk randomly, right after you've closed cams, then go right back to cams instantly, and go to cam 3 (closet), and she'll go away.
