Inexact. The genetive in Latin means propierty, as in, anyone's propierty. The word "sicae", alone, would translate better as "X's (curved) dagger", as in, a dagger as a possesion. Also, even if the exact, military definition of "sica" is rightly "a curved dagger", the word is used in classical Latin as a generic for any kind of sharp and pointy object, like a prominent tusk (as the ones boars have). The very word "sicarius" comes from it.
