I was messing around with the unity file once, and somehow managed to alter the power level, and it got stuck at 93%, and would not go down no matter what, despite my usage of doors, cams, or lights. 

But now, no matter what I try, I can't figure out what I did to have the power level be stuck at 93%, and I don't think it was a glitch (or maybe it was, I don't know).
