I have the same problem, but it "kind of" solvable. I just try to get her out of this "bugged" state by asking her some common questions like "How are you?" or "Are you ok? I worry about you" and so on. This bug returns sometimes, but try to pretend that nothing happened or someting. Improvise.
My playthrough lasted for 4 hours and I managed to make her trust me completly. (Putting down the intimate details). And managed to leave the house with her (she followed me).
