i don't couch in general as i would be a really bad teacher and it's not where my passion lies ; - ;
but you can look up all the tutorials online! learning how to draw takes a while, but there's plenty material online. the programming in this game is fairly simple, there are unity tutorials for everything these days. and lastly, you just need to learn live2d, which is the easiest if your drawing skills are already high enough.
