Nice little game! I do like the ability to slow down time on input, but it doesn't really add any gameplay value in this game, since you also move and shoot slower. Also, Id like to be able to shoot up and down, only being able to shoot left and right feels a bit bad. 

One thing I had a problem with was the behavior and hurtbox size of the normal enemy. if you stand to the side of the enemy, you won't be able to shoot at it because the hurtbox is shifted up a little bit, while the enemy's center is under his body. otherwise, you could make it so the position of the enemy is more reflective of the sprite, and make it target more instinctively.

I noticed on the last level that I could simply walk past the enemies and only kill the enemies in the last room. Was that intentional?

Otherwise I enjoyed the sound design and art, the shooting and the animations felt good, congrats on submitting!
