If you're stuck on the first jump between spikes, you have to barely touch the jump button for a few frames to avoid hitting your head. On the second bit, you want to jump onto the red block - then jump left around the spikes to hit the switch!
I still cant figure it out sorry i love hard games like this but my brain is smooth
