but I have payed earlyer for a part. like I mostly do with other game. and then in the end when the game is done I pay for the rest

You are never charged for the same version of the game. What you paid for, is yours. The version keeps changing and content keeps being added. I place the game on sale in order to make a living, and continue working on the rest of it. You can either buy it here, support it through Patreon or wait until the game is finished, as you pointed out. Version 1.5 is free.
