Alright I just don't know of any and it's a reason steam has given to reject games before and it's the reason Koikatsu for example doesn't have a storyline in the steam version.

Yeah people do complain steam doesn't quite apply their "rules" uniformly
In the case of Sakura Swim Club at least, I know you have top patch in the H content. So there are ways around it I guess.
