Subjugation of libido quest is broken for me. When I try to activate the quest, Othra says that they wish I could be of help but I can't? Idk how to bypass this D:
I believe you need to go back to the hut and research something... I think its about the stronger version of the restrain potion first. You need that knowledge to progress
you need the basic restrain potion recipe to craft the strong one. if you don't know it you can't craft the strong version which is what the quest asked for. you learn the basic one from Bernard on his urges quest.
