If not mentioned before, a bosses progress bar would be really nice! That way you could better see weapon strength and make strategic decisions about whether it's better to attack or look for a medkit.

for three of them there should be some sort of smoke as they get lower on hp 🤔
(anyway for now I'll put it on the todo list -- I'm kind of against it but maybe it could be toggled in the options - after I make some room for it)

indeed, funnily enough they still suggest less than I ended up adding on my own to the engine (the feature creep never ends 😔

added a boss hp view - Patches.zip Build 1820

there was a bit of a compromise (mostly because of boss 4) 
instead of a bar it's a "Treasure" styled number display

Thanks for Build 1820! Now I know why I struggled so hard at the final boss. Lightning gun has no effect (as well as the flamethrower). Is this ìntentional?

the flamehrower is but the lightning was a bug (gave him too much armor) - Patches.zip Build 1821

Lightning gun (9) has still no effect on the end boss in 1821. Is it the build or my old savegame which includes the old boss armor?

yes, it's the save  (but I can add a patch to overrule the save if you want )

No, thanks, I can beat him without the lightning gun 😈 Why should generations of players have a piece of code in the game that fixes a savegame from build 1820 to 1821?

I just forgot: if you get killed and restart the map (or just use the RESET command in the command line)
it should also do a complete load on the map: you keep your guns and the armor should load fixed 🤔
