Yeah, it's just that nobody else had the same problem so far. So it's probably on the side of the software you are using, not on the side of the Android port.

Im using a galaxy s23  and a OnePlus. 7T pro with AVG cleaner so not that uncomon . On both Phone the same result. 

There you have it, android devices have built-in Google Play protect software. If that doesn't flag it and your installed software does, then chances are your installed software is just acting up. Either way you can try the other port by Ghost, it's in comments, if it also tells you there's malware, then it's up to you if you want to risk it or not, I can't 100% guarantee the port's safety. I'm just telling you no one else so far had the same issue, and the port was downloaded few thousand times over.
