Apologies, I misread your initial comment.

Try downloading the file and saving it to your PC, then unzipping it instead of just opening the rar file straight from the download (if that's what you're doing).

Otherwise I'm not sure why the file is corrupt. It's downloading just fine on our end.

That's alright! I tried both opening it and extracting, yet nothing seems to be working. I'm pretty average at computer skills, and I'm stunned. I will email you for a new file. Hopefully, that works.
