I am not strong in english. I thought the rules were the same everywhere. If the sentence contains a question mark "?" - then it's a question. He is not here :-)
How was he misleading? He was asking a question. Now, if he had posted "hey everyone! Don't download this game, it has NTR in it!" then it would be misleading.
A simple answer would suffice, rather than biting his head off.
