Does anyone have a suggested method of farming gold effectively?
I'm trying to put Bizz's Overly expensive burger together and have about 26498 gold left to gather to purchase the remaining ingredients

Just so you know, there's no need to rush to acquire all of Bizz's items. They're intended to be something to work towards over the course of the full game.
If you're determined to try and get them sooner rather than later though... fighting slugs and selling their drops is one of the better ways. (but it'll still take a long time).
