you can see the controls when pressing "TAB" on your keyboard. for the Gameplay itself : there are only specific areas that do not drain your health you have to stay in them or sacrifice a collected soul to regain health with "space" . the main goal is to get the 2 legendarys souls which you find by exploring.There are 2 types of trigger puzzles. The white triggers you have to navigate your boat inside to open a door. the coloured trigger areas you have to put the orb inside which has the same color ( red to red, blue to blue ...) you can pull the orbs towards you board if they are in a certain distance to you. thats basicly all you need to know .Hope that helps :)
