Well, from my direct experience and observation, it is mostly women that negativly impact the mental health of other women in a workplace. The stress they typically face from men is of a different kind. But it highly depends on the type of work. Burger flipping and project group work are different ;-)
This goes into stereotype now, but women tend to be more social. And this includes bullying. Men are more blunt and might call you names to your face. Women to your back. The social affinity also means they want to establish a social structure, wheres men just do not care. If you do not fit in the social structure, you get the cold shoulder treatment or worse, whereas men are not subtle enough. Also, if you yourself are constantly thinking about social clues and subtelty, or think yourself in a victim role, you are prone to misinterpret stuff that is not motivated that way as such. Like, you can be a woman and be incompetent, and just because a man dared to point out your incompetence, it does not make it discrimination against women. A disturbing trend the last decades is to steer in the direction of, I am offended, therefore I am right and justified.
It is hard to imagine a game about such things. Your premise, as far as I understood, is about women unhappy at workplace. It sounds like stuff to write a social critizism about, not to make a game about that is supposed to be fun.
The way I understand the words, discrimination means you make different decisions based on the thing you disriminate by. And if you use "against", it means you chose the worse decision for the person. Like not hiring someone. Many people fail to realize that there is no such thing as positive discrimination. You always negativly discriminate agaisnt someone else, if you positivly discriminate for some "oppressed" group.
I can't remember the name, but I saw a trailer I think about a week in the work life of a stressed out women, writing her diary and the hardships or perceived hardships she faces. It was a bit funny themed slice of life. Maybe your game is aiming in a similar direction.
