I did. The FAQ section says "This proces may take a few days. Please contact us only after you've waited at least one day." I posted it two weeks ago...
Right. But as pointed out in an increasing number of topics, these days it takes much longer than the FAQ says, especially for paid games. I'll hurry things along.
