dude when u replay the game, every now and then u have to check your relationships and make sure nancy isnt greyed out. whenever you make a decision relating to nancy, choosing a certain option will grey out nancy. when shes greyed out, it means you wont be able to see any future scenes with her. this goes for all characters btw. so its good to regularly check your relationships to make sure you havent greyed out anyone.
