The top and bottom bars?
Nope, they’re baked in.
For a while Arc made the images and videos with that frame integrated, so he could shove the UI elements and textbox in there.
But now it seems like he’s trying to steer away from it… Which is odd.
Now that you guys bring it up, it is a little weird UI-wise. The top bar can still be used for the top elements, but the bottom is only used for dialogue.
Aren't those bars there to make the stuff easier to read?
