Is there a way to disable the censorship

Edit: Okay, so for anyone else who's confused about this, the censorship on the Q screen is supposed to be there, it's going to be removed in future updates it seems

If you downloaded it a few days ago, then you probably downloaded the wrong version that I uploaded。

I could try finding and deleting the save files, I wonder if that has something to do with my issue.. mind telling me where I could find that? I appreciate your quick responses 🙏 thank you
