I made some changes that i already had made yesterday to my game, but because of something called stupidity i deleted the game's source and i had to make the same stuff that i made yesterday, but today. Can people rate the game based on any version of the game, or only in the jam version of the game?

That’s up to them to decide, though if the changed were supposed to be present in the jam build, it should be fine to just replace said build.
