That's because this app needs to put local saves to your storage, or it will not work properly. I'm not sure whether that's issue caused by some other apps. Normally you can change access authority of this app at any time from your system settings.
I also have the same issue. But I can't change access to storage, there isn't an option to no matter how hard I look. Is there anything specific that I have to do?
