Hey uh, I tried to romance papyrus and for some reason on this run (I tried to last run but I lost my progress due to smf I forgot) and when it gets to the part where he's making you buy passage into the wishing area it won't let me choose the option where I stick out my tounge anymore. I've picked all the same things I did last round yet it won't do it again.
Hi Lotez! I'm sorry, without seeing the exact options you picked I can't advise what has happened. :( The option only appears if you're still on Papyrus' route prior to the bridge encounter. If you check your relationship journal it should mention something about Cinnamon before you meet with Papyrus.
