About the green switches, it is possible that you're referring to the green doors not opening. This is because I intentionally added 2 green doors in each level to make it a little bit harder since I was only able to make 2 levels due to time constraints, so another green switch is hidden around the map. You should be able to see them when standing on a specific position but I can agree that I may have made the second green switch and a button quite harder to find in the first level.
