I'm on release 42 and I got my pilot character pregnant and then activated new game plus and they were still pregnant and have not given birth enven thought they're at 282% on the pregnancy
i know an easy fix for this, you gotta get the girl or boy who got your pilot pregnantn. after that you will be able to give birth,and boom back to normal, just rember to enable the pregant stuff though!
