If you are using a NVIDIA graphics card you might be able to: Open the NVIDIA Control panel. 3D-Settings (Close to the top I think). Program Settings (For specific programs). Add (To add this game (Unless you see it in the drop-down)). Add the game (you might have to confirm) and lower some settings.
