Hey friend,

I really enjoyed your game. The CCG-like mechanic is fun, and the artwork and music creates a good atmosphere. I think you already understand that the game is quite easy in its current state, but it has potential. I especially liked the SF, slightly-degraded design of the environment. It reminds me a lot of the final scenes in Tarkovsky's Solaris, which I'm wondering if you might have been trying to reference, and it is visually interesting while still making it clear where the player can and can't go.

There are two criticisms that I have, however. First of all, it would be good if you could get a native English speaker to look over your script and correct the errors. I can guess that it's quite annoying having to write everything to satisfy an English-speaking audience, but at the moment I think the script is lagging behind the quality of the rest of the game, and it's a shame.

Secondly, it isn't clear to me whether I have 'completed' the game by linking up with the sphere. I get a black screen with a jellyfish and some text which reads 'GENETIC SAMPLES GATHERED//INITIATING DIGITAL LIFE FORMS SYNTHESIS...' and there doesn't seem to be any way to progress from there. I'm guessing that this might be a placeholder for something you want to put in later, but at the moment I don't understand if the game wants me to do something.

Anyway, thank you for making it, and I look forward to playing other games you make in the future :)

Thank you so much! I didn't really had any particular influences for what the world looks like, but I'm happy that it's reminiscent of Solaris to you. Story writing was never one of my strongest sides and usually I'm trying to tell as much  as possible with just gameplay and art, but this time I tried to experiment and put some actual story which came out rather childish. And it was too much text to ask someone to look over it so I figured it's not really worth it. Next time I will definitely pay someone to check grammar and make dialogs more enjoyable.

As for game over screen, apparently I did poor job ending the game and I'm really sorry for that. I'll try to improve it in my future projects. Thanks again for playing the game and taking time to leave a review, it helps me alot!
