Only have a 165hz monitor, would really like to progress but cannot because of the fishing minigame. Thought this most recent update would fix it, could at least let us skip it so we can progress.
A work around, and this is a work around, is go into Windows settings > Display > Advanced display > [Choose a refresh rate] dropdown.
It works to slow things down. But I do agree that this needs to be fixed.
Tried that before, only available hz is 165
