I think you have to go to
Build > Create Executable

I think it used to be under export because I did the same thing, but the file type looked wrong to me. (I could be wrong tho)

I appreciate the input! I did try your method but it still just goes to ''Upload as Game'' or ''Upload as Wallpaper Mod''.
