I can't seem to progress on the story, let alone conquer more locations outside those close to the manor. I also lost access to side chicks who were friends with Jessica, & cannot have intercourse with Chloe's assassin fey form on that part of the game. I am stuck and cannot move on any other bit asides from dungeon/war room.

Weekly updates, just one guy. The amount of content is relatively small.
There’s only 6 conquerable districts, some of those have content inside them.
Renee, Julie and Laura haven’t made an appearance yet.
And for Chloe’s assassin form the changelog tells you how to get her.
About the war,It is not updated yet,probabily because arc is Building the other systens of the game,and we are about to Finally Recapture one of the Main locations of the Game(Park),So I Believe it will take sometime.
About Jessica Friends we lost Contact With them in Lore,the Suprise attack on the end of arc 2 caught everyone off guard,Jessica Friends are Civilians so only Lucille that was on the Manor at the Time of the Attack Did not get Separated,The Current Habitants had to Fight their way back home,that is what Gave Emma Ptsd even.
About Cloe you can use her assassin Form in the War room,Choose the Option right here.
