1.Maybe Voice Acting? If you can find someone.
2.Possibly Sex Scenes With Annelie or the Nun?
3. More Visuals such as the Touch button which allows you to touch the bot during sex, if these had actual textures of Anon's hands fondling i think sex would be more visually pleasing to the eyes.
4. Be able to purchase the penis enlargement from the email near the beginning of the game or add breast augmentations or body types.

5. Maybe some animated backrounds? Like when you "go out" and your in the city, maybe walking people would benefit the game since almost no games have that. The buttons in the city could be combined with buildings or its doors to get something similar to summertime saga?
