Enemies grow strong, its kinda an issue when you progress too much in game they one shot you, otherwise at start enemies damage your health 1 point and hp is 4 points, try to collect those heart upgrades to increase health
idk, i got hit 2 times, first time it take %70 of hp because it hits multiple times as it pushes my character, second time was directly one shot from full hp to zero.
