Once again a question about Pregnancy, are so many not reading the story and just going right for the scenes .. ok I digress.
No Pregnancy is not a thing in this world, it's explained at the start of the game where in that since it was discovered that men were not needed for reproduction, women's 'cycles' become obsolete and it is only Nami who still gets normal cycles. The absence of the Y Chromosome is also the reason why Men are such a Rare gift of birth as 99.9% of pregnancies in this world are girls.
As for your Avoidable Kinks question, just scroll up, there is a list of what's in the game to avoid some scenes you just don't interact with that area however you do lose parts of the story.

You just said pregnancy is not a thing, and then you said pregnancies are 99.9% girls. What is it now? On top of that, men not being needed does not imply that they are incapable of impregnating women, and clearly some women still have cycles.
Then, the fetish list contains the mention of "and many more". That does not tell anything about what those "many more" fetishes are. And it most certainly doesn't tell you how to avoid scenes with unwanted fetishes.
If you're going to be a smartass, be sure to bring some smarts to the table. Otherwise you're just being an ass.
