When save files are failing in a very long slow-burn VN like this, I recommend adding a Chapter select option, like what Distant Travels and Killigan's Treasure have
I would also like this but this VN has multiple routes. For example, Shoichi has 3 Routes which is A, B, and C. As much as I would love this feature, wouldn't characters that has multiple route make it harder to implement it?
Killigan's Treasure managed to quickly get you through everything, albeit without the choice-specific items, nobility points and spec build. However, for a VN, you just need to pick a day you want to start from and answer a few questions that are pivotal to the story and that should do the trick
