And yeah, he was intended to be a romance option, and still sort of is, but I'm trying to balance the progress on the routes with the number of available romantic characters.
He was originally created to fit either a regular romantic option, or a kind of a femdom-relationship with Sarah (which is something that doesn't exist much in the game right now), but I realized that if I wanted to keep up the pace on story, I'd have to table his romance option for the time being.
He's still planned to be available as a romance option in the future, but right now he's a little lower on the priority-list.
