My antivirus doesn't seem to be causing any problems, and switching to win7 compatibility doesn't seem to do anything. :/
is there any error code at all when you click on the game file?
None at all. When I double-click on it my cursor has a loading animation then does nothing. I'm using a Windows 11 laptop, but that shouldn't matter.

Hey, hope you've been doing well. I finally managed to get the game working. Seems like my antivirus was being overzealous, and getting it to trust the .exe files solved the issue.
