i dont know if this will help but im willing to bet most of the pirated downloads come from lewd ninja or f95zone. im pretty sure they allow owners to take down the game from there website. maybe try doing that

That's not really gonna work, if it was that easy there would be no piracy. Imo the best solution for the Dev is to post their game themselves on these sites, and alter them slightly there e.g. make the game give a splash screen at the start guilt tripping the Pirate into paying, or have the audio be extremely compressed.
