There may be a virusscanner issue.

My virusscanner, F-secure flags Flowscape as follows: "A file or program has triggered a DeepGuard heuristic detection because it performs (or contains instructions for) actions that resemble known harmful programs."

It blocks Flowscape from running on my pc. As I am unfamilliar with Pixelforest as a company or developerteam (no offence meant) I shall leave it alone for now and not run the program.

I have contacted F-secure and submitted the Flowscape.exe file for analysing but the Flowscape developer(s) may decide to do so -providing more details- himself.

sorry to hear about that

Im pretty sure it is a false positive, i have over 6000 customers without complaints about viruses.

I am sure it is as well. The automatic blocking of Flowscape may however present a problem for some users of F-Secure anti virus software. No doubt F-secure will put Flowscape on the white list.

Meanwhile I am running the program and have fallen in love with it. :-)

F-secure have/will updated the whitelist with Flowscape:

"Our analysis has found that the file you submitted is clean.
We have identified the issue as a False Positive, which will be resolved automatically via F-Secure's Security Cloud."
