This game was "completed" back in pretty much 2018. The 2021 update is just bug fixes.
Amorous is pretty good, I do like the stories you have with the characters, animations are great, the character creator is pretty good too. The issue is where the developers say the game is completed, when it really isn't. Bugs are still everywhere with the common ones where characters are just straight up missing body parts. There's a lot of content that was planned that's just not here, most notably female mc scenes, and an explorable world. There is world movement, but it's very linear.
We are never going to see another update for this game again. Do not hold your breaths, do not get your hopes up. Whatever happened with the devs, the controversies that were happening between them, it's caused the game to lose all oxygen and is now buried six feet under.
And sadly, Amourous 2 will not exist.
