Increasing the levels of volume, bit-crusher etc. looks really tedious. Have you thought of using the crank for that and then have the d-pad for micro adjustments?

The original idea was to use the crank for that, yes, but then I came up with this design and using the crank to select synth was more interesting to me. Using both the crank and d-pad for levels would mean there's nothing left for synth selection, so that's not really an option. I could have done crank for levels and d-pad for synth, but, like I said, this was more interesting to me, and I'm not going to change the entire thing now, even if it would be easier to use. It's an experiment, for better or worse.
