There's an Option in the Configuration Menu to adjust both X and Y position, as well as the size, and if it renders in front of the Windows taskbar or not.

Oh thats strange then my ui is clipping that part of the hud off. It only goes up to the neko size so I assumed that was all there was. Thank you very much for that. I'll see if I can fix that on my end! I have an ultrawide screen so maybe thats why the weird clipping is happening.
