Ok, so I have played the game and I have finished it. But to review it, let me dive.
Theme-wise: the game does really fit in the theme, and as a fan of tower defense games, I really liked the shift in thinking (and now I understand how the PC was feeling when I prevented him to reach the end line :))
Level-Design and game-design: unlike many tower defense games, the level really needs deep thinking to design and to beat. It's not as obvious as spawning enemies randomly and have the dopamine hit from the animations and the win. it really make you put your cells to work.
UX wise: thinking to have a "skip intro" and "mute sound" is really a plus, since usually the player get bored of the music. I'd push it a bit further to disable the first animation when the player restart the level, but I understand this is in a jam and sometimes doing something as easy as removing animation can be time consuming but I can live with that.
Polishing: I didn't feel that this was developed in a jam, it feels smooth and enjoyable to play, and to be honest, I'd even play it like it is and I'd say that it's a complete game.
I would love to see this in a game store and I'd buy it and play it.
Good luck :)
