Cool concept! Looks like when pac man takes 2 consecutive pills, the timer doesn't reset. I tried my best to trap pacman but he outruns you, so my best shot was to always escape with my 3 ghosts until there is 1 pill left and at least 1 ghost alive, so that last ghost waits near the last pill for pacman to take it. You can easily catch pacman in that scenario.
